Senior Manager of Landside Facilities
This position is responsible for the leadership and management duties of all Landside facilities maintenance activities. Oversee through direct reports those responsible for: custodial services; technical trades servicing building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance activities; and the operation and maintenance of the Hold Baggage System (HBS). Work also includes planning, budgeting, work/manpower assignment and oversight of construction maintenance repair projects. Provides guidance of Enterprise Asset Management of computerized work order and reporting system, serving in special work groups requiring multi-disciplinary participation and the oversight of capital projects within the organization.
