This position provides advanced decision-making and customer service for Workforce Training, ContinuingEducation,CustomizedTraining, andWorkforceDevelopmentprogramsatMinneapolisCollege. This includes registration of students, scheduling classrooms, entering data and troubleshooting inrSchool Today (rST), creating and maintaining reports and documents, analyzing or interpreting the customers?needs and providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate all work in RST databases and resolve all RST user problems in collaboration withMinneapolisCollegeInformationTechnologyServices(ITS)andMinnesotaStateITS.
Human relation skills to interact with others utilizing common curtesy, tact, interest inpositiveproblemresolutions, empathyandlogicalorganizationofideas andtobe abletocalm angryorconfusedclients sothat necessaryinformation canbegathered andcommunicated
Communication skills sufficient to write, prepare, and edit materials, using correct spelling,punctuation, grammar, and sentence construction and to verbally communicate such informationclearlyandconcisely

Physical Requirements
Ability to load materials and push carts across campus, including outdoors across streets and upcurbsandramps.
Abilityto move up to 40 pounds on aregular basis.
