The Impact: This position provides the opportunity to play a highly strategic role within S&P Global Commodity Insights, helping to shape and execute the business plans for some of the fastest growing markets.

Technology Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive technology roadmap, guiding the organization through technology transitions, upgrades, and integration of new technologies.
Governance and Standards Implementation: Implement governance structures and standards for enterprise architecture, ensuring consistency, security, and efficiency across all IT projects and systems.
Team Management and Reporting: Manage a team of architects, providing leadership and guidance, and report directly to the Vice President on progress and strategic alignment.
Developing POCs and Contributing to MVPs: Lead the development of Proof of Concept (POC) projects and contribute to Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), leveraging General AI and Machine Learning technologies to drive innovation.
Deep AI & LLM Expertise : Lead in the use and understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models, collaborating with AI experts for alignment with latest trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment : Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of the enterprise architecture with business needs and objectives.
Develop and Manage Communities of Practice: Establish and nurture communities of practice, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning within the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 12+ years enterprise level and at least 8+ years in a management role with proven experience in a senior enterprise architecture role, demonstrating successful leadership in large-scale IT projects and transformations.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency in React, Python, AI, ML; knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with a wide range of technologies and IT systems, including cloud computing, data management, cybersecurity, General AI, and Machine Learning.
Familiarity with current industry trends in technology and business.
Proficiency in software development, familiarity with automation tools, and understanding of low-code/no-code platforms
Strategic Leadership and Vision: Strong ability to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for enterprise architecture.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex and large-scale IT environments.
Collaboration and Influencing: Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from various stakeholders, including senior executives.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in the face of evolving technology and business landscapes.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $ 180,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
