Job Summary: Responsible for creating, delivering, and auditing training programs. Coordinates training schedule with OCI Knowledge Services staff and manager, maintains registration site, maintains training documentation site. Coordinates training programs, system functionality testing, and troubleshoots and identifies solution for issues with with PeopleSoft, Non-Academic Canvas, MARS, PaymentWorks, ServiceNow, and other applications.Essential Duties: Design and deliver training classes for OCI Knowledge Services clients.Work within confines of project guidelines for service implementations.Act as Campus Information Security Analys
