The Surgical Data Analyst will be responsible for receiving real world electronic health record data exported from multiple health systems and will be responsible for data transformation and normalization for the Research Evaluating Vagal Excitation Anatomical Links (REVEAL) and the Combat Wound Infection Evidence Based Medicine (CWI-EBM), two large funded multi-site clinical trials. Reveal’s focus is to collect and maintain a “first in kind” comprehensive dataset of clinical and biologic longitudinal data for vagus nerve stimulation which can have major scientific and clinical impact for a multitude of health conditions.
