The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority is seeking to fill the role of a full-time Ground Transportation and Parking Manager. This manager would need to exercise independent judgement, tact and diplomacy when dealing with stakeholders, passengers and employees alike. They will manage and evolve a parking and ground transportation program at Syracuse Hancock International Airport that not only satisfies passenger demand but elevates the overall guest experience and continues to evolve with passenger behaviors and expectations. In this role, the Manager will ensure that the ways in which passengers and guest access the Syracuse Airport, whether arriving via car, rideshare, taxi or shuttle, is a driver of passenger satisfaction while focused on increasing revenues and profitability
