Job Summary: The Post-Award Sponsored Programs, Grants & Contracts Accountant will work directly with principal investigators and research staff in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine to budget, monitor expenditures, and reconcile financial data for sponsored programs. The successful candidate will prepare and process financial reporting and projection reports. This position will provide expertise, review and approval related to procurement and allowable charges. This position provides documentation required for compliance or audits on sponsored grants, contracts or agreements, and assists with other post-award tasks such as progress reports, salary cap tracking, and salary commitment changes.
