Technical Specialist        Holy Family University is seeking to fill several technical specialist roles, of which one requires strong AV, production experience.  The Technical Specialist is responsible to provide first tier, second tier or lead level technical support depending upon a combination of skill set specialization, experience, customer engagement and accountability. Technical support may be needed to be delivered by phone, email, online, in-person and event-level engagement.
