The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an FP&A Manager for HCBG (HealthCare Business Group), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Reporting directly to the Business Group SVP Finance, you will make an impact by:

• Driving performance management, planning cycles, and resource allocation across Health Care Business Group ($9B+ Sales)
• Working with 5 Divisions and 5 Area Teams to deliver Business Group Financial results
• Owning full P&L responsibility for $800M+ R&D spend and working with stakeholders to drive R&D productivity and investments in innovations
• Engaging extensively with 3M Corporate Finance and Business Group Strategy teams to drive Investor Relations and other Corporate Finance projects
• Enhancing financial and analytical rigor across the Finance Function and increasing the use of Daily/Weekly management

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Ten (10) combined years of finance and/or accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• MBA or Master's degree in finance/ accounting from an accredited institution
• Experience in manufacturing / production finance
• Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results
• Exhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performance

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
