We are searching for a Information Security Analyst - ISRM in Irving, TX or Alpharetta, GA to join the team. This position is part of McKesson's Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) team and is accountable for promoting and deploying information security capabilities and compliance across the Corporate Business Unit and McKesson Technology organization.
As a McKesson Information Security Analyst - ISRM, you will be a key member of our ISRM team. You will work collaboratively with Global ISRM Service owners to ensure solutions and services are adopted effectively in business units. The position works closely with stakeholders in Infrastructure, Operations, Applications, and Compliance Management to ensure alignment to our Global service capabilities. You will also help represent the ISRM team on various projects and boards. This position will also support and promote global governance and control measures, process improvements and efficiencies in support of the organization in alignment with Global IT services.
Ensure enterprise information security program objectives and requirements are communicated and understood by local stakeholders
Provide Capability deployment and operationalization, capabilities and service analytics
Provide escalation path for information security issues, incidents and inquiries
Confirm Business Unit assets in scope for information security initiatives
Work proactively with BU leadership to ensure security, IT risk and compliance is actively built into the organization objectives and procedures
Ensure new products, services, applications, third party or client relationships, have appropriate security controls embedded and that any identified risks are appropriately addressed
Monitor and provide project management support for business unit
Provide regular, timely reporting on Business Unit progress towards objectives and validate centralized reporting for alignment.
Act on a cross-functional team of enterprise and local BU service teams to execute and deliver against defined objectives and scorecard goals
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with healthcare, privacy, financial, regulatory compliance
In depth knowledge of various security frameworks: NIST, ISO, HIPAA, SOX, and/or related frameworks
Cyber Security related qualification(s) such as CISSP, CISM, CREST Technical Security Architect, ISO Lead Auditor, CISA, etc. preferred but not required
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Experience with HITRUST nice to have
Degree or equivalent experience
