Merkle is seeking engineers for the design and development of web and mobile test and learn activities for Clients. S/he will leverage knowledge of MarTech to execute on requirements working with Sr Developers and Architects. Candidates will have proven experience designing and developing complex solutions while effectively working independently and within a highly matrixed team typically led by a Project Manager and Technical Architect.
Acquire Client approvals of your technical design prior to building and deploying solutions that enable omni-channel experiences. Your solution may include how Client legacy systems may integrate with the overall technical solution
Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure end to end test cases are accounted for during user acceptance testing
Enable Adobe Target features and functionality within digital channels that include (and are not limited to CMS, eCommerce/Magento, mobile applications)
Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to develop customer-centric journeys and campaigns
Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired test and learn strategy
Partner with design teams to architect and enable behavior targeting, online testing and recommendations to support the delivery of multichannel experience
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering personalized experiences
Provide consulting on prioritization, sizing, and timelines for maturing Adobe Target capabilities within the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC)
Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance of audit requirements
Proactively stay on top of emerging trends and software for customer-centric digital experience personalization
Continued efforts to mature your competencies and skill sets related to experience personalization at
Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions
Help us continuously improve by identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.
Minimum of 2-3 years developing in support of A/B testing and site personalization efforts - preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform
Evidence of experience setting up platform integrations (e.g. Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics)
Exposure to multiple end to end Adobe target Implementations
Knowledge of Angular & React
Understanding of security best practices
Adobe Target Certification - Adobe or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
