What you’ll achieve
This role will also lead our strategy to ensure stakeholder groups are informed of key messaging, communicate the value of our investments, highlight success stories and achievements to demonstrate continued progress. This individual will be required to influence and drive results through others in the organization to succeed. In some cases, will act as an advisor to senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor, and provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through transitions as well as support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. In addition, this role will provide chief of staff support to the SVP, Strategy and Operations working closely with the leadership team on strategic and operational matters.
Promote the organization's strategic vision and execution of Legal’s transformation (Future of Legal) initiatives
Use advanced change management methods to influence groups to align with overall transformational objectives
Define change management roadmap of initiatives, derive success measures and KPIs / scorecards with project teams and deliver on all milestones / outcomes on time and on budget
Develop plans, metrics and reporting to capture and communicate progress to senior management
Lead the communication strategy to demonstrate the progress and impact of our collective digital transformation efforts
Serve as strategic advisor and counsel to leadership and SVP; support SVP in delivering on day-to-day responsibilities for projects and creating / delivering executive status reports
Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus with 8–10 years of experience in change management or project/program management. PMP is a plus.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Strong analytical skills; ability to assess large sets of data and analyze to support key decisions; Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong stakeholder management skills with evidence of having worked with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the C-Suite/Senior Executives; Leadership skills in influencing and managing change, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Is forward looking with a holistic customer centric approach and ability to establish / maintain strong relationships
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenge
Business process knowledge with ability to articulate business value, customer value or business impact.
Strong ability to translate business impact into financial benefits for CBAs
Conduct impact analyses, derive cost/benefit analysis for impact, and assess change readiness
