Position Summary:Â Â Â As part of the Data & Analytics Team this role is both business and technically focused to support the execution of Constellation brands global management strategy. The Senior Analyst, Business Delivery will be responsible for creation and maintenance of policies and best practices related to data sharing, applications maintenance, and project management for the D&A organization.Â This individual will collaborate with data management, platform solutions, and integration teams to align requirements for business needs. Additional responsibilities include data analytics, error resolution, data comparison between source and target systems, and working directly with and external vendor technical resources.
Develop, Document, and Maintain datasets, process flows and usage for sharing of master data for internal and external applications and platforms.
Partner with data management teams to align data sharing requirements with the appropriate master and transaction data needed for the specified use cases.
Ensure data governance standards, policies and procedures are followed for all data practices.
Develop Data Quality Audits for new datasets and perform regular data review to ensure the integrity of the data.
Continuously develop business relationships through alignment of the Data & Analytics capabilities and best practices.
Review and propose changes to existing datasets and processes to meet evolving business and consumer needs.
Determine secure, reusable, efficient, and cost-effective methods of sharing data with external parties and across internal applications. (APIs, Integrations, database, EDW, etc.)
Develop relationships and drive accountability with external parties as it relates to sharing data.
Coordinate with the information security team to determine the appropriate access level and permissions to be granted to the various users of the shared data.
Develop a standard process to mask, hide or remove sensitive data elements or any other data elements that are not supposed to be shared with certain parties.
Communicates data issues and resolution to technical and business partners. Escalate to the D&A Leadership team data-related issues that have significant business impacts.
Participate in projects as a lead, data consultant, and as needed, help develop and recommend alternative approaches for broad data related problems that need coordination across multiple teams.Â
Central D&A liaison for ServiceBar forms and workflow maintenance and creation, ITIL reporting and resolution.
Create and maintain data/reports in internal and external platforms/applications when needed such as SAP, 1WorldSync, Distributor Portals, Salsify, Profisee, and Informatica.
Educate D&A teams on business delivery processes and use of data.
Monitor and enforce internal service level agreements in support of business data requirements.
Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience with data domain, data governance principles, data standards and/or data aggregation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL
Experience with SAP or Informatica a plus.Â
Experience sharing data in secure and automated methods with 3rd parties.
Solid understanding of how data impacts business outcomes through business intelligence, business analytics and data science.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities.
Team player with positive attitude and able to work with a variety of people at all organizational levels.
Effective and clear communication skills (both verbal and written).
Wine or Beer industry, three-tier system, business/systems analysis and change management experience are a plus.
Strong aptitude for learning new business processes, technologies, and frameworks.
Knowledge of master data technology initiatives and core data management strategies/best practices.Â
Spanish language a plus.Â
