Work you'll do
â¢ Serve as a key advisor to clients as they make infrastructure decisions that strategically align with organizational objectives
â¢ Build suitable structures, systems and controls so that our clients can deliver capital projects with confidence
â¢ Advise organizations how to plan, manage and control project cost and schedule through construction auditing, schedule analysis and litigation support
â¢ Deploy construction analytics to help our clients harness data to create insights in digestible and actionable form
â¢ Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
â¢ Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships
â¢ Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
â¢ Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
â¢ Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

The client issues we tackle include transportation, energy/renewables, connectivity, social and health infrastructure, disaster response and recovery monitoring, and smart infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Architecture
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role; Active TS/SCI security clearance required
6+ years of construction industry related experience
Experience with the analysis of project cost and schedule data using construction industry techniques and software applications
3+ years in a technical or functional lead role
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
â¢ Previous Professional Services, Big 4, military experience
â¢ Currently certified as a PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM
