The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Planogram Specialist will work with our Key Stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver on planogram development, training, planogram database management, and execution. We are looking for you to bring your high energy, forward thinking, team playing abilities to be a part of our Retail Analytics & Data Science Team.

As a Planogram Specialist , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Establishing a sound planogramming process for the Consumer Business
• Maintaining and improving image, product, and fixture libraries
• Assisting with the development and submission of Retailer planograms for the business
• Developing an on demand internal training program for both beginner and advanced users
• Providing inputs/guidance on planogram requirements to our data science team
• Establishing yourself as the resident planogram/project expert.
• Delivering accurate planogram projects based on retailer timelines

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent (Completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years JDA/BlueYonder Space Planning & Planogram Project experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor's degree or Higher from an accredited institution.
• Experience working with major retailer planograming requirements
• Experience with JDA/BlueYonder's Cloud based system
• Experience working with JDA/BlueYonder Space Automation
• Floor Planning experience
• Retail Point of Sale and Syndicated Data usage experience
• Experience in developing self-help and in-person training programs.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Location: Maplewood, MN and may consider remote U.S. work location

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
