Analyst Program Manager, Engineering Project Manager

MORSE is seeking an experienced candidate to add to our existing on-site customer presence in the Washington DC area to be a Test and Evaluation leader for one of our highest-profile AI programs. The candidate will initially be collocated with one of our customers in the Pentagon and interfacing with a large team of vendors including some of the biggest names in AI. This director role requires quickly building trust with our customer team, influencing the broader program team's development to ensure sound T&E principles, leading MORSE's multidisciplinary staff in developing T&E capabilities, and recommending fielding decisions for high-impact AI capabilities to help our warfighters. In the future, this role will evolve to provide T&E leadership to a larger set of MORSE programs.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that have technical depth in test and evaluation of highly complex algorithms including AI, the ability to excel in a dynamic customer team environment, strengths in interacting with users, and can manage technical teams internally while interfacing with AI vendors will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will have an operational background in Operations Research/Systems Analysis.
TS/SCI clearance is required
Expertise in test and evaluation of complex algorithms
Experience serving as a National Security operator in a specialty related to Operations Research/Systems Analysis
Experience in one or more engineering disciplines related to AI, computer vision preferred
Experience working with National Security acquisition programs and personnel, including on-site support
Proven record interfacing with customers and developing external relationships
Superb professionalism and communication
Travel requirements: 10-25%
BS or higher (preferred) in engineering or related field
At least 10 years of experience, and at least 5 of these years including test and evaluation in the National Security domain
