St. John Fisher College, an independent, liberal arts institution in the Catholic tradition located in Rochester, New York, seeks nominations and applications for a visiting assistant professor in Communication and Media. The candidate's research/teaching/professional experience should emphasize at least one of the following: media studies and diversity, journalism (print/web based or broadcasting); quantitative research and/or analytics; advertising; business communication.
The Department of Media and Communication includes two majors: Media and Communication and Media Management. The department has approximately 90 undergraduates enrolled in the majors. The position is available beginning August 2021.

PhD or ABD in Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
Ability to teach a wide range of courses at the undergraduate level.
