It all begins with you. Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM) is a group directly under the Chief Risk Officer that is responsible for a variety of strategic functions within Corporate Risk that includes risk reporting, risk governance, risk programs that oversee risk measurement and risk identification, strategic and reputational risk oversight, and risk optimization and strategy. This current role will support our Risk Technology Platform Strategy within the SERM organization. This formed group will be the central point of contact for the Centralized Analytics and Risk Aggregation Tool (CARAT) which will be supporting our reporting needs in partnership with teams across SERM and other risk organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong business analysis, analytical, communication, and collaboration skillset with a proven track record in handling multiple projects and priorities. The candidate should be able to comprehend stakeholder needs, analyze, and provide guidance in determining the details of the data, reporting, and business needs required. Acts as a liaison between SERM and technology teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define business and reporting requirements and drive the implementation of solutions that resolve data needs, meet business needs, and satisfy regulatory requirements (where applicable). Lead discovery, documentation, and tracking of Business requirements (Epics and User stories) and drive the implementation of solutions that resolve data needs, supports User Interface needs, meets business needs and satisfies regulatory requirements (where applicable)
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 3+ years of JIRA experience
- Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: user acceptance testing coordination
- Agile experience
- Knowledge and understanding of technology risks related to business risks
Other Desired Qualifications
Strong experience with risk reporting, risk governance, risk programs that oversee risk measurement and risk identification, strategic and reputational risk oversight, and risk optimization and strategy
Previous experience with JIRA application Experience working within Agile or scrum team models Lead the in-depth analysis and sizing of medium and high priority data needs, understanding the impact of each need to Risk and Regulatory reports. Provide user acceptance testing support and oversight in the execution of test cases by our business partners.
