The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Responsible for providing process engineering support to all areas of 3M Corona's manufacturing operations to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Service and Cost. Additionally, the process engineer will also be responsible for supporting new product development efforts.

As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Partnering closely with manufacturing operations and providing hands-on support to resolve issues that affect safety, quality, service or cost.
• Identifying and executing process improvement projects related to safety, quality, service, and cost
• Coordinating with maintenance to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Coordinating with lab to execute new product development projects
• Developing and implementing plans for new process start-ups, new process technology integration and supply chain improvement
• Supporting in rapid resolution of customer complaints that includes conducting effective root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting self and peer technical growth via continuously learning and applying new skills

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Project Management experience
• Advanced degree in engineering or physical sciences (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Data analytics experience

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
