About the role:
Wells Fargo's Information & Cyber Security (ICS) group is looking for a highly motivated leader for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance group. The governance group drives the IAM control adoption across all the applications, drives Application Onboarding into approved IAM Solution, drive remediation efforts related to control requirements
Each of the above may have functional delivery leaders in place who in turn will report in to the IAM Governance Leader. The manager role will have dual reporting line in to the lead of ICS IAM Governance leader in India and to the group leader at the IAM US.
Responsibilities: Manager managing a team of 10-15 security analysts who drive IAM Control adoption requirements across IAM. Act as SME for Control Adoption, remediation and App Onboarding requirements. Responsible for managing a team of professionals who does onboarding application and platform into OIM by remediating any or all metadata to meet organization compliance requirement Lead and Coordinate with application stakeholders across lines of businesses to resolve identify, qualify applications for approved IAM solutions Lead a team for defining in requirements, process design, testing IAM features in UAT and post production release Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools; Collaborates with multiple teams to support/implement solutions and to do problem troubleshooting Works in a flexible timing with team cross different locations/countries Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes and investments. Budget and forecast financial needs Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team development, functional delivery and handling escalations Accomplish results by communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery. Ensure smooth delivery of projects/ operations with strong focus on quality and value creation for the organization/enterprise. Market Skills and Certifications
Required Qualifications:
11+ years of technology/information security experience with minimum 8 years of Information Security/IAM and 4+ year of leadership or supervisory experience. Understanding on IAM policies and controls/SOX controls/Information Security Controls Expertise in leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) managed services delivery or operations. Experience in managing security, Governance requirements, Controls Good Understanding of Standard Cyber security frameworks and implementing across the enterprise Experience in IAM products (Oracle Identity Governance, Sail point, CA, Microsoft, CyberArk). Expert in Privileged access Management maintenance and sustainability. Expertise in global service delivery in information security domain Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills. Effective verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant Technology /Engineering discipline Industry certification like CISSP, CISM, CRISC in good standing for over 1 years
Desired Qualifications:
Managed service delivery certifications like ITIL, Six Sigma will be beneficial Information Security leadership experience in US Banking organization. Alternately, IAM implementation and managed services delivery experience in technology consulting companies with experience in US banking sector
