The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Manager, Reporting and Analytics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Responsible for the development of analytic methodologies in support of 3M clients and products.
• Partnering with product team on product development, design and implementation.
• Provide subject matter expertise to product management for new versions of tools and products.
• Oversee the delivery of analytic solutions to clients, including but not limited to modeling, ad hoc analysis and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, product management, and technology.
• Support initiatives to increase market penetration, sales, and revenue to meet 3M HIS financial goals.
• Provide educational opportunities and training to internal teams.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in Healthcare in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement
• Seven (7) years of healthcare analytics experience
• Two (2) years of management/leadership experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, economics or related field
• Experience with one or more of the classification tools such as 3M CRG, 3M PFP, 3M PPR, 3M PPC, 3M APR DRG, and 3M EAPG
• Experience with commercial/government payer data, healthcare market, medical management, value-based purchasing, and/or accountable care organizations.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Location: Albany, NY

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
