This candidate selected for this position will be recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. They will act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Applying knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future.
Working with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Participating in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.
5+ years of technology experience
3 + years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPIs)
Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications
Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Other Desired Qualifications
4+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience
Extensive understanding regarding process development
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
