This candidate selected for this position will be recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. They will act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Additional responsibilities include: - Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Applying knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future.
- Working with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
- Participating in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technology experience
- 3 + years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
- 3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
- Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications
- JIRA experience
- Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Other Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience
- Extensive understanding regarding process development

- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
