The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers' financial needs. The End to End Capability Product Owner within the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) Product Management team will partner with senior leaders from various organizational levels such as Data Management & Insights (DMI), Data Management Solutions (DMS), Data Architecture, WF Technology, Corporate Functions and the lines of business to maintain/evolve the strategic roadmap around various capabilities on EDL (data ingestion, data consumption, data movement, data security etc.). Key Responsibilities: - Partner with relevant stakeholders and business leaders to create and evolve the EDL Product Roadmap
- Collaborate and coordinate with executives and key leaders to maintain commitment to strategic objectives, alignment to EDL value proposition
- Define and align on ROI and value proposition around the capability roadmap
- Evolve EDL capabilities with an eye on the emerging trends in the industry and fit in the Wells Fargo data environment
- Partner to develop and maintain a capability roadmap for the various capabilities (ingestion, integration, consumption, etc.) with rigorous investment analysis that is consistent with our holistic data strategy to meet business needs using value delivery approach, and informed by current business needs and emerging technology trends
- Understand requirements of LOB partners of data, analytics and reporting to inform technology and EDL Product Owners to ignite innovation, experiment new products, run POCs, etc.
- Partner with peers in DMS, DM&I and EIT as the conduit to SMEs within Line of Business
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis

- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data management best practices and disciplines including data governance, data architecture, data quality, analytics and business intelligence
- Strong expertise in understanding the various aspects of product management, building and delivering capabilities adhering to strategic (data & architectural) principles
- Experience in product and release management, and delivering successful end user experiences through capabilities
- Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, procedures and processes
- Experience with Banking Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting data platforms and technologies
- Experience presenting to Operating Committee members, Boards and on industry forumsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives
- Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and achieve results
- Strong expertise in cultivating authentic Executive relationships and delivering formal change management across diverse business areas
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
