This position is instrumental in the design, build and testing of Wells Fargo's direct investing product, Intuitive Investor. The position requires T Shaped skills across multiple disciplines within technology including QA Engineering, Technical/Development, and Analytical in support of the Intuitive Investor application within Wealth Investment Management Technology (WIMT) - Brokerage. The team member must also exhibit strong soft skills as the role partners daily with our Line of Business (LOB) and Vendors (SigFig) to ensure customers are experiencing a quality product that provides value to them. Additional skills that this role must include are as follows: - Comprehensive experience across the entire Intuitive Investor product and how it connects to our WFA systems.
- Operational support and problem solving abilities for all issues that occur within WFA's lower test environments. Providing an understanding of data-flow, running initial diagnostics and seeing that issue is assigned to correct team in order to keep flow remaining high within the team.
- Excellent understanding of Trading for the Intuitive Investor product and the processes between the Vendor (SigFig) and BETA via share file delivery. Utilization of logical day testing and exchanging files with the vendor in order to thoroughly provide testing of a niche product like Trading.
- In depth client communication understanding for both vendor hosted and WFA hosted emails.
- Strong vendor related API testing which requires both SOAP an REST technical skills.
- Overall understanding in order to provide numerous End to End use cases to achieve quality within key components such as Trading, client emails and data flow.

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience
- 5+ years of brokerage industry experience
- 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
- 5 + years of experience communicating system vulnerabilities and remediation guidance to both technical and non-technical personnel
- 5+ years of Agile experience
- 5 + years of experience with Agile tools
- 4 + years of experience working with vendor software, technologies and tools that are enterprise solutions
- 4+ years of automation or regression testing experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- 4+ years of experience in Automation and Continuous Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle applications
- 3 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
- 3+ years of application development experience
- 3+ years of trading experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting trading systems, applications or platforms
- 3+ years of experience with front-to-back processes within a trading environment
- 2+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
- 3+ years of experience working with email technologies including email, mobile messaging and mail encryption
- 2+ years of DevOps experience
- 2+ years of Adobe experience
- 1+ years of Apache Spark design and development experience using Scala, Java, Python or Data Frames with Resilient Distributed Datasets (RDDs)
- 1+ year of Tableau experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

- Experience with applications of differing technologies including web, mobile, web services, ETL and messaging.
- Work closely with Developers, BAs and QA Engineers in resolution of technical issues.
- Analyze and contribute to further develop of test automation standards/procedures and maintain the adherence to these standards
- Proven ability with test automation tools/frameworks such as UFT, Selenium, Watir, Cucumber, Fit/Fitnesse.
- Proven experience in implementing In Sprint Automation within Agile teams.
- Proven experience in analyzing requirements, develop test cases, execute and defect reporting.
- Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Understanding of testing and automation concepts and practices such as Shift Left, TDD, BDD, API-Layer Testing, Continuous Integration
- Understanding of SOA concepts and technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST
- Detail-oriented and persistent, able to drive complicated tasks through to completion
