The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As the Global eCommerce Analytics Manager for the Consumer Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Visualizing eCommerce data and developing reporting and dashboards
• Defining, analyzing and validating key metrics and hypotheses to inform decision-making and measure the success of global 3M eCommerce initiatives and sales acceleration
• Liaising between business stakeholders and analytics vendors to ensure eCommerce data is consolidated in consistent and reliable datasets
• Automating processes and tools deliver dynamic digital shelf metrics, increasing visibility and transparency into how actions drive results
• Enabling business partners to use data to drive global eCommerce acceleration decisions
• Driving business partner understanding to enable full leverage of eCommerce BI tools and drive consistent usage
• Providing analytical support to the eCommerce teams by surfacing data driven insights and recommendations that address growth opportunities

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of direct eCommerce Analytics experience

• Comfort in ambiguity
• Self-directed with the ability to juggle changing priorities
• Exhibits a high sense of urgency
• Embraces a growth mindset and test & learn methodologies
• Advanced knowledge in Office desktop applications

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
