The WIM Control Programs Reporting and Analytics Team is looking for a talented team member to help manage and enhance SharePoint sites owned by WIM Control and partner functions. Key responsibilities include: - Directly supporting internal clients to create SharePoint solutions
- Advising and training internal clients on the appropriate use of SharePoint, including appropriate site content and security
- Ensuring that SharePoint usage and solutions meet required corporate standards, including conducting required certifications
- Partnering with enterprise SharePoint hosting teams and SharePoint teams across Wells Fargo
- Coordinating, executing and facilitating end-user testing of SharePoint upgrades and site migrations
- Managing and prioritizing SharePoint requests
- Troubleshooting SharePoint issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 5+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of SharePoint administration experience
- 5 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
- Deep understanding of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath, forms and customized forms
- 3 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer workflows
- 1 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content
- 1+ year of communications and media experience
