The individual selected for this role will work under supervision and be mentored by seasoned technology team members to receive specialized training to build your technical and non-technical skills.
In this role, you will participate in the design, development, integration, deployment and support of technology systems for the supported business.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Testing code, writing scripts, and de-bugging systems to enhance the user experience
Providing production support tasks
Identifying information security risks and working to prevent and solve cyber threats to our systems
Performing system and data analysis that supports or enhances business processes
Enhancing systems and applications to anticipate user needs
Building business acumen while strengthening your technology skills
This position will be located at our Wells Fargo site locations in Des Moines IA.

6+ months of experience in the design and development of technology solutions demonstrated through work, military, or education
1 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Knowledge and understanding of technology object oriented: design patterns and their application
Completion of coursework in computer science, information systems, or a similar technology-related field of study
A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
