Wells Fargo Technology plays a critical role in the company's customer and employee experience, business and risk management transformation, and growth agenda The Technology Portfolio Delivery Compliance (TPDC) Tooling and Analytics team is a team that provides analytics and reporting services focused across all enterprise CIO teams for the benefit of Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Financial Management. The team adheres to high quality standards striving to meet customer expectations. This role is part of a fast moving team that delivers a variety of analysis services including data, analytics, process design and reporting using multiple sources and tools. Responsibilities are varied and may be inclusive of requirements, documentation, testing, or responding to ad-hoc data, reporting or support requests. This role requires a high analytical aptitude with the ability to review requests or inquiries and formulate a solution, and detail oriented. Has the ability to work independently or part of a team. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technology experience
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting
- 5+ years of analytics consulting experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Business Objects experience
- VB (Visual Basic) experience
- Ability to gather data requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Exposure to Wells Fargo STAMP (System Time-reporting, Accounting Management for Projects)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
- 3+ years of Agile experience
