Responsible for the development, and facilitation of BCP/DR testing of Wells Fargo Technologies business continuity, data center level exercises. Partners with business and technology teams to develop exercise testing, and the facilitation and execution of technology testing.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, partnering with risk, compliance, and internal audit management to document BCP/DR test activities. Development and maintenance of standards and procedures that are aligned with best practices (NIST, FFIEC, ERP framework). Familiarity with fundamental information technology concepts, infrastructure and data center technologies is required.
This position will require communication and coordination across the organization, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
This position is part of the Information Technology Disaster Recovery Management and will be responsible for providing support for the Wells Fargo Technology Business Continuity Planning program.
The Position will:
Function as a facilitator on the Disaster Recovery testing team
Review Business Unit and/or Technology Business Continuity Test Plans for accuracy.
Monitor Compliance of the Business Continuity Plans within Wells Fargo Technology.
Identifying and report key risk issues directly to test stakeholders.
Report findings to Wells Fargo Technology Leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure Business Continuity planning issues and concerns (e.g. planning and testing deficiencies, program concerns, and open risk items) are addressed or escalated.
5+ years of technology experience
5+ years of business continuity planning experience
5+ years of information technology experience
Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
A BS/BA degree or higher
5+ years of data analysis experience
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions
Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Enterprise Business Continuity Program and Operational Resiliency System.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
