As a Uniform Services Cash Vault Site Security Supervisor this position would be:
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of non-exempt team members at a stand-alone site. Assign and monitor work performed by security guards in a high-risk security environment. Conduct briefings, post assignments and schedule guard coverage. Functions may include managing the work flow of the unit to ensure all quality and quantity goals are met using the most cost effective methods; ensuring that unit procedures are current and in compliance with approved bank procedures; analyzing work flow policies and procedures and recommending changes as appropriate. Shall be required to carry a Wells Fargo issued firearm and shall be required to pass a proficiency test and periodic qualifications with the firearm according to State, Federal, or Wells Fargo standards.

Time Spent Duties 35% Management and Administration
Implement, reinforce and propose security policies, procedures and standards for security district, adhering to both Division and Bank policies and procedures.
Provide authoritative guidance and advice on cost effective solutions to site security problems.
Establish liaison and maintain rapport with both internal and external personnel
Respond effectively to crisis management situations and ensure information flow to appropriate level is timely.
Observe Auditors during Compliance Audit and explain all facets of security program to insure Auditor understanding
Ensure that all Audit Compliance Requests are complete and accurate.
Provide Emergency Procedure and other security related training for Cash Services team members and management
Has knowledge of, and properly administers the Wells Fargo Cash Vault Operations Manual.
Has knowledge of, and properly administers the Wells Fargo Weapons and Safety Policy.
30% Supervision and Support
Provides effective supervision of and support to security guard staff
Exercises appropriate control and delegation.
Completes Webtime time tracking functions as needed.
Ensures all files are properly maintained.
Assumes responsibility for timely implementation of reasonable performance plans and counseling as required.
Ensures staff maintain uniform and personal appearance
Ensures staff demonstrate proficiency with, and proper maintenance of assigned weapon
Recognizes and resolves personal or work-related conflicts between individuals, areas, or departments
25% Planning and Monitoring
Anticipate security needs for a changing environment and prepare alternate plans to meet emergencies.
Participates in the development of long-term strategies to maintain and enhance security program levels.
Submits complete, accurate and timely reports as required.
Assures prompt information flow to management on issues of concern and/or importance.
Maintains uniform and personal appearance.
Maintains proficiency with assigned firearm.
Maintains knowledge of all established Security and Emergency policies and procedures.
Maintains knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations, laws, ordinances and statutes.

2+ years of security management experience demonstrated through work or military experience
A valid state issued armed security guard license

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
