As a digital consultant within Virtual Channels Authentication, this role will have the opportunity to design, develop and implement strategies and solutions that evolve our login management controls for the digital channels, including formulating strategy, developing and managing roadmaps, defining business requirements, driving implementation through agile scrum teams, and development/monitoring of relevant performance metrics. Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to:
Evolving a strategic enterprise-focused business vision to enhance our layered login controls for the digital channels, balancing security and customer experience needs
Business ownership of login-related platforms and controls, including setting strategy and developing and socializing roadmaps with key stakeholders
Leading an agile scrum team responsible for delivery of projects
Oversee technical implementations of capabilities in the Wells Fargo environment, in coordination with internal project delivery teams and vendors using Agile methodology
Managing 3rd party vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with all requirements for third party risk management
Identifying, articulating and evangelizing emerging strategic opportunities
Staying informed of fraud, authentication trends and industry solutions.
Being an innovator and thought-leader, and identifying solutions to day-to-day business issues
Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners across lines of business, channels, risk and compliance, information security, fraud strategy, and technology
Defining and managing specific KPIs for our login controls
Location: This role will work from Charlotte, NC. During COVID teams are working remotely. Post COVID, you will be expected to report to the office 4 days a week.
10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
Other Desired Qualifications
Strong strategic product management experience that includes designing, developing and implementing enterprise level digital strategies and solutions
Strong understanding of Agile practices
Experience successfully leading scrum teams through large, complex enterprise efforts
Knowledge and understanding of biometric authentication, digital authentication, authorization, fraud, or cybersecurity
Knowledge and understanding of authentication and detection solutions used by online financial platforms
Experience working with 3rd party vendors for delivery of mobile software solutions
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
Knowledge and understanding of mobile software security
Ability to manage small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prepare management level presentations
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
NC-Charlotte: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000
