Wells Fargo's Information and Cyber Security (ICS) group is looking for a highly motivated leader for its Identity & Access Management (IAM) Privileged Access Monitoring team. The position is responsible for managing and overseeing privileged access activities across the enterprise for compliance with Wells Fargo controls and standards. This position will focus primarily on monitoring privileged access across UNIX / Linux, Windows and database platforms including Oracle, SQL, Teradata, Sybase, and Mongo platforms. The leader will also drive initiatives to streamline and automate current processes to improve efficiency.
This role will have dual reporting line in to the lead of ICS IAM operations leader in India/Manila and to the group leader at the IAM US.
Manage large security analyst teams who monitor privileged access across UNIX / Linux, Windows and database platforms including Oracle, SQL, Teradata, Sybase, and Mongo platforms
Act as SME for Active Directory/Unix/ Mainframe/Database platforms.
Oversee process deliverables in daily monitoring & oversight of alerts , threat response tickets and detective checks
Strategize and support Identity and Access Management operations roadmap with year on year continuous improvement as value addition.
Plan, measure and monitor health of operations and team with KPIs, KRIs. Develop scorecards and dashboards for periodic reporting
Lead initiatives like predictive trend analysis, continuous improvement thru automation. Identify efficiencies and recommend solution enhancements for improved service delivery
Contribute/Develop and implement enterprise wide strategic initiatives and best practices of EAM operations organization at the enterprise level
Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes
Create and maintain Statement of work and Process Service Description for the function
Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team development, functional delivery and handling escalations
Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery.
Accomplish results by communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching experience
Market Skills and Certifications
14+ years of technology/information security experience with minimum 10 years of IAM and 6+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
Expertise in leading large Identity and Access Management (IAM) managed services delivery or operations.
Effective people management, with experience in managing managers and senior team members remotely.
Experience in managing security, provisioning of Active Directory/Unix/ Mainframe/Database platforms and Enterprise applications
Knowledge of monitoring using SIEM tools such as Splunk, ArcSight or LogRhythm
Experience in IAM products (Oracle Identity Governance, Sailpoint, CA, Microsoft, and CyberArk). Expert in Privileged access Management maintenance and sustainability.
Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills.
Extremely good in verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant Technology /Engineering discipline
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
Industry Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC in good standing for over 3 years
Automation experience using Machine Learning, Robotics Process Automation etc. is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, SOX, and SAS70
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
Banking experience preferred
