What will you be doing in this role?
The Principal Data Intelligence Analyst is independently responsible for engaging in strategic data/analytic projects.
Analyzes complex problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.
Conducts complex work important to the organization.
Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address data and analytic issues.
High degree of knowledge of core reporting support activities and practices.
Task and assignment focus is typically on larger projects, performing business requirements documentation for complex reports, quality assurance/testing with the report developers and end user support.
Provides deep subject matter expertise in the reporting tools/systems and ensures the delivery of the high value projects vital to the organization.
Mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed.

Architect, Design, Develop schema and ingest pipeline for realtime (sub-15 minute) analytic ready warehouse.
Pipeline should include automated validation scheme to source system.
Design should support rapid incorporation of new data and features as well as function driven metrics and features.
Design should incorporate role or use based security for inclusion and exclusion of PHI.
This warehouse will include discrete and free-text clinical, financial, budget, provider and external data to support and advance automated machine learning and analysis for operations, research and academic domains.
Demonstrated deep multi-disciplinary healthcare business knowledge is required.
