1. Coordinates to evaluate relevant security technologies. 2. Tests compatibility related to hardware, security enhancements, and operating systems to assess stability, performance, usability, and security. 3. Evaluates the utility and usability of current and future security enhancements and assess potential impacts to productivity. 4. Provides project management and technical support from planning stages through implementation for desktop/laptop and mobile computing platforms. 5. Performs problem resolution during deployment of new security enhancements. 6. Serves as third tier technical support for all regulatory-related issues at the desktop/laptop level. 7. Develops and helps deliver training to support staff related to security enhancements. Processes feedback from field technicians to continually improve software and hardware solutions related to security. 8. Creates and disseminates documentation and other material for both end-users and technical staff to support desktop/laptop security enhancements. 9. May perform other duties as assigned.
