Working under direct supervision, provide routine day-to-day operations and administrative support to the Account Operations Manager. Assists in coordination of process improvement, controls for specialized software, update/creation of compliance/policy documents required on the client account in addition to other functions enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform gap analysis of required documentation (policy/process maps/playbook/guides). Create/Update required documents as needed to meet changing business needs and client requirements. Coordinate activities with team/leads to gather information and finalize documents.
Assists in systems administration for specialized software utilized by the business group to support its operations. Researches and resolves routine support issues. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved. Assists in preparing user reference material.
Troubleshoots and resolves simple inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
Reviews and monitors department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. May network with external contacts to research and recommend best practices.
Identifies project requirements by reading account contract; analyzing operational processes, determining project scope; documenting results; preparing documents, including template standard. Maintain document and document central repository integrity and security.
Prepares team by conducting training on new policy/process documents. Provide support and help. Maintains quality of service by enforcing company standards.
Assists in communication of best practices, policies, procedures and initiatives to support operations. Helps to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university plus a minimum of two years related work experience. Work experience related to specific department or business unit function preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a strong command of the English language and excel in the areas of spelling, grammar and punctuation
Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
