Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) is a $2.2 billion integrated health system serving Wisconsin with about 10,000 employees and over 1,200 providers comprising 86 specialties, health plan, and research and education programs. Reporting to the MCHS CDAO, the Vice President Enterprise Analytics (VP EA) establishes and maintains an enterprise framework for analytics and insights as a service, enabling Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) to be a data-driven organization.
Successfully engages all operational areas of in support of patient-centered community care, patient engagement, translational research, health plan services, and best-in-class performance outcomes for MCHS
Combines analytics and business strategy with industry best practices to establish and maintain near-term and long-focused comprehensive analytics culture across MCHS
Collaborates with other MCHS Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE), clinical operations, research, and health plan leaders, in conjunction with the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO), to ensure the operating units are equipped with high-reliability information as transformed from underlying data
Responsible for the enterprise and department level transformation efforts in developing a framework for the health system to adopt analytics as a core operational function
Provides organizational leadership of health care analytics including but not limited to: medical cost management, market analytics, network analytics, value-based care, clinical program, quality, total cost of care, impact of health care interventions and insurance analytics
Leads analytics personnel and solution teams
