WSU Pullman Information Technology Services seeks dedicated, innovative, and detail-oriented Enterprise EndpointManager who will:
Provide direction, day-to-day oversight, and supervision of staff for technology-based endpoint support of Information Technology Services (ITS) and multiple other departments supported through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
Manage the endpoint components/systems used by ITS and other units for daily operations, compliance, and desktop security.
Develop and implement business relationships necessary to expand and ensure program success.
Exhibit a significant focus/passion for customer service and the ability to coach, train, mentor, and guide student workers.
And Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to help integrate shared University Information Security Services such as standards, risk assessment processes, and compliance efforts with the colleges and departments institution-wide. Should have:
Demonstrated experience developing information security policies, procedures, and technical training materials.
Working knowledge and experience with information security technologies, implementations, principles, and practices.
Knowledge of industry, information security standards, Federal and/or State laws and regulations related to information security, privacy, and data confidentiality, and digital content and copyright law.
Demonstrated security assessment, risk analysis, gap analysis, auditing, causal analysis, corrective action planning, and compliance assessment experience.
Required: Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years professional experience OR a combination of education and experience totaling seven (7) years from which comparable knowledge and abilities are acquired.
