Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (NYSE: MIC) owns businesses in the U.S., including one of the largest bulk liquid terminalling business, an airport services business, energy services, production and distribution operations in Hawaii, and a portfolio of contracted power facilities.
Reporting to the head of investor relations, this MIC team member is responsible for executing key components of the Company's investor relations program.
Collaborate with and support the head of IR in executing the IR strategy, marketing plans, budget, and global IR program. The primary objective of the IR program is to educate and update investors and analysts on the performance and prospects of the Company so as to achieve and maintain a fair valuation of the Company's securities in the marketplace. The program must fairly and accurately represent the Company in all aspects.
Specific duties include preparation and maintenance of roadshow materials, maintenance of the corporate website and CMS, management of vendor relationships, preparation of draft press releases/board reports/digital and print collateral.

Experience, skills, and knowledge required
3 to 5 years of experience in investor relations, and/or securities analysis
Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability
A thorough understanding of financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance and the resulting value of its securities
An in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets and the ability to establish new relationships in new industries quickly
A good understanding of strategic communication, public relations, marketing, advertising and the media
Undergraduate degree required, with a master's degree highly desirable
Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, and an outstanding ability to communicate using these
