Senior Claims Business Process Analysts are responsible for all related aspects of claim system processes and claim business rules. Include claims systems utilization, capacity analyses / planning and reporting, claims - related business and systems analysis. Ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization.Primary Responsibilities:Partner with Project Management teams to identify, test, and implement requirements for successful go-live initiatives, perform root cause analysis post implementation and support remediation activitiesParticipate in cross functional meetings for miscellaneous project initiatives: review requirements, define requirements, trouble shoot challenges during development, conduct UAT testing to confirm requirements have been satisfied. Support multiple work-plans to completion ensuring accuracy of deliverables.Validate impacts to end to end process Escalate remediation efforts to appropriate teams to secure resolutionParticipate in various projects to implement change, secure commitment from cross functional work teams to meet deliverable requirementsDevelop task plans and manage workloadParticipate in project work groups that include impact to global claims operationsInterface with Readiness work group to understand implications of CMS regulations changes and the impact to claims operations.
